Reading People

Professionalism, in Optical is an industry standard. Being able to actively listen and read a room is a skill that takes work. It's a work in progress for me.  

When I meet a new patient I introduce myself, even if it's a repair. Eye care is personal. 

I always work at making the whole experience fun striving to turn the crabby patty people around. Tuning in to what the patient needs requires active listening. I give my full attention. 

The best part is people share small windows of lives and journey with me. I love what I do.
