I was inspired by the recent post written Gina Kay about thank you notes. Similarly, we send out ‘welcome to the office’ post cards to our new clients and additionally, when an existing client refers a friend to our office, we send a ‘thank you for the referral’ card that includes a voucher for $25 off their next purchase. We once had a client refer five friends to us over a few months, which earned her $125 off! She put her credit toward a pair of sunglasses that she had been eyeing for a while. I greatly appreciate all of our sales reps in the neighborhood!
