I Believe It's Stress! [Maggie Sayers]

My wonderful, longed for vacation is coming up. Less than two weeks now. And I have numerous to-do lists; a million things to accomplish before I will leave. 

This is definitely stress and it feels quite familiar. I have been here before and I know what to do.

Ways to Reduce Stress:

  1. Release the belief that you’re responsible for everyone and everything.
  2. Let go of perfectionism.
  3. Ask for and accept help from others!
  4. Focus upon what’s important and the rest will take care of itself. 

I feel better already.

Vacation, here I come.
