I Believe It's Stress! [Maggie Sayers]
My wonderful, longed for vacation is coming up. Less than two weeks now. And I have numerous to-do lists; a million things to accomplish before I will leave.
This is definitely stress and it feels quite familiar. I have been here before and I know what to do.
Ways to Reduce Stress:
- Release the belief that you’re responsible for everyone and everything.
- Let go of perfectionism.
- Ask for and accept help from others!
- Focus upon what’s important and the rest will take care of itself.
I feel better already.
Vacation, here I come.
