Returns Happen [Sandy Brubaker]

After several appointments with frame reps last week I have had some thoughts about frame returns. In a perfect Optical World, we want low return rates while we stock the hottest and biggest best sellers and keep inventory fresh with new product. No matter how hard we work there will always be returns. We will always have warranties, re-styles, dog frames and retired frames.  For clarification, if something is a dog it just doesn't sell. (I apologize to you dog lovers.) We have been consolidating on our breakage returns and save on shipping. When returning product against a new stock order, short the order the same number of cases as the return requires. Little things  make a difference. And big shout out to ClearVision for making this money-saving idea part of their routine! Thanks! #ClearVisionBobYouRock
