One of the reasons I love what I do is that I get to help people. Last week a new patient came into our office with some glasses that weren't working as they should. After reading the lenses and troubleshooting his symptoms, it was determined that his glasses were made correctly to his Rx. I had him see the doctor for an Rx check, at which time the OD determined his prescription was lacking 4 BO prism! Although I was confused as to why the previous OD did not see the prism, at the end of the day it really did not matter since the problem had been resolved. I feed privileged to work with our patients, even walk-in's who have never been here, to find solutions to their needs and ultimately, help them see better.
